Part A is the Oasis SoftApp Services policy, which applies to this website and to HotelSimplify. Part B adds what is specific to hotels, their guests and travel agents.
Part A: Oasis SoftApp Services
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Oasis SoftApp Services website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the website. Continued use is treated as acceptance of the current version.
2. Purpose of the website
This website provides general information about Oasis SoftApp Services, its services, software products, solution areas, business identity and contact channels. It is informational and business-facing. It does not by itself create a binding client relationship, service contract, delivery commitment or commercial obligation unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Informational nature of content
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information about our services and products, but content here is general and may be updated, revised or modified at any time. Product descriptions, feature statements, timelines, service capabilities and implementation approaches may vary according to actual project requirements and final discussions.
4. Enquiries, proposals and discussions
Any enquiry, product discussion, support communication, estimate request or demonstration request made through this website is subject to further evaluation, feasibility review, scope clarification, commercial discussion and internal approval. No website communication alone constitutes acceptance, a delivery obligation or a confirmed engagement.
5. Service and product references
References to custom software, IT support, websites, Oasis platform products, GeoAttendance, eGovernance solutions, smart garage software or any other offering are descriptive and informational. Final scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, licensing, implementation responsibility and support terms are governed separately through proposals, work orders, quotations, invoices or other formal arrangements.
6. Intellectual property
All branding, text, visual layout, graphics, designs, icons, presentation structure, logos, software references and website content belong to Oasis SoftApp Services or are used with appropriate rights. You may not reproduce, copy, frame, republish, reuse, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website material without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website in any unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, misleading or disruptive manner, and not to attempt unauthorised access, extraction, interference, harmful scraping, misuse of contact channels, or any action that may damage the website, the business, or its technical or reputational interests.
8. No guarantee of availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent accessibility or complete suitability of the website for every purpose or user context. The website may be updated, revised, suspended, restricted or discontinued at any time without notice for maintenance, operational, security or business reasons.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent reasonably permitted, Oasis SoftApp Services shall not be liable for losses arising from use of the website, inability to access it, reliance on its information, downtime, inaccuracies, omissions, third-party platform issues or communication delays. Visitors should apply independent business judgment before relying on website content for material decisions.
10. Third-party platforms and links
This website may reference or link to third-party websites, communication platforms or digital tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, security or terms. Accessing them is at your discretion and subject to their conditions.
11. Confidentiality
Website enquiries and business discussions may involve sharing requirements, scope notes, screenshots or operational details. Any formal confidentiality obligation should be governed through a separate confidentiality arrangement, proposal document or contract where needed. General website interaction alone does not create a standalone confidentiality agreement.
12. Payments, delivery and commercial terms
Payment obligations, delivery commitments, implementation timelines, support scope, licensing, IP ownership, data handling commitments and service warranties for actual engagements fall outside these general website terms and are governed through separate commercial documents or contracts.
13. Oasis products and subscriptions
These terms also apply between Oasis SoftApp Services and a business that signs up for an Oasis product:
- Accounts. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account and your team's accounts. Owners of an organisation must use an authenticator app.
- Trials and subscriptions. Each product starts with a free trial. Continued use after the trial needs a paid plan; prices and billing terms are shown before you pay, and invoices are GST tax invoices from Oasis SoftApp Services.
- Acceptable use. Do not use the products to send messages people have not agreed to receive, to break the law, or to interfere with the service.
- Your data. Your business data stays yours. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export it while your account is open.
- Suspension and closing. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or misuse after notice. You may close your account at any time.
- Liability. The products are provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
14. Changes to the website and to these terms
We may update or revise the website, its content, product references, service descriptions, design and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after such revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any specific contractual arrangement, general website-related matters may be subject to the jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
16. Contact
For any question regarding these Terms & Conditions or the website generally, contact mail@oasisservices.in.

Part B: HotelSimplify
Using HotelSimplify for your property
- You are responsible for what you enter: room prices, taxes, GSTIN and invoice details, house rules and the cancellation policies shown to guests.
- Running your property's legal duties stays with you, such as guest registration, Form C for foreign nationals and filing your GST returns. HotelSimplify helps you prepare these records; it does not file them for you.
- GST rates and invoice formats follow your settings. Check your first invoices and returns with your accountant.
- The staff app keeps housekeeping, maintenance and request work on the device when there is no internet and sends it when the connection returns. Bookings and payments need a connection.
Bookings by guests
A guest who books on a property's booking page, through a travel agent or at the desk makes the booking with that property, not with Oasis SoftApp Services. Prices, taxes, cancellation terms and refunds for a stay are set by the property.
The travel agent network
- Every agency registers, passes a KYC check and accepts the agent agreement. Oasis SoftApp Services reviews each application and activates, queries or rejects it.
- By default, every verified agency can book a property that is open to agents on the property's standard terms: its public price less the agent discount it sets, with the guest paying at the property. A property can give an agency special terms (agent rates, net rates, credit, an advance, or the agent collecting the money), keep to agencies it enables, or pause or refuse an agency at any time.
- Each property sets its prices for agents (agent-only rates, a discount on public prices or net rates) and any rooms set aside for an agent (agent slots). An agency on net rates collects from the guest and pays the property.
- An agent's commission follows the agent's commission plan, or terms agreed with the property, and is worked out on the room revenue the property posts for the stay. Extra persons, extra beds and meals don't earn commission.
- HotelSimplify's network fee is taken from the commission at the rate in the agency's commission plan. The rest is the agent's share, with GST added when the agency has a GSTIN, and the property deducts TDS where the law requires it. Every booking and commission statement shows this breakup.
- When an agent pays a property online through HotelSimplify, the payment is split: HotelSimplify's fee goes to Oasis SoftApp Services and the rest to the property, less the payment gateway's charges.
Add-ons
DesiMenus (restaurant, bar and room service) and KashGenie (accounting) are separate Oasis products with their own subscriptions. When they are linked, bills and accounting documents pass between them and HotelSimplify as described for each product.
The HotelSimplify sections are a draft for legal review and are read together with the Oasis SoftApp Services terms above.
