How it works

Every agency registers online and passes a KYC check by the HotelSimplify team, so hotels know who they're working with.

  1. Register

    Register and pass KYC

    Verify your mobile, give your agency, PAN, GST and bank details, upload your documents and accept the agent agreement, on the web or in the app. We check them, usually within one working day.

  2. Connect

    Book open hotels at once

    Once you're verified you can book every hotel open to agents on its standard terms. A hotel can also give you special terms, or keep to agents it enables.

  3. Book

    Book in the app

    See live rooms, photos and your prices in the HotelSimplify app. Confirm in a few clicks.

  4. Stay

    The guest stays

    The hotel checks them in. Changes to the stay are reflected in your commission.

    Worked out on the room revenue the hotel actually posted, booking by booking.

Each hotel picks how it prices rooms for agents. You always see your price before you book.

A rate plan only agents can book.

A fixed net price; you set what the guest pays, collect it and pay the hotel.

How the money works

Every booking and every statement shows the same breakup, so you, the hotel and HotelSimplify see the same numbers.

  1. 1

    Commission

    Worked out on the room revenue the hotel posts for the stay. Extra persons, extra beds and meals don't earn commission.

  2. 2

    HotelSimplify's share

    HotelSimplify's network fee comes out of the commission, at the rate in your commission plan. The rest is your share.

  3. 3

    GST and TDS

    GST is added to your share if you have a GSTIN. The hotel deducts TDS where the law asks and gives you the certificate.

  4. 4

    You get paid

    The hotel pays you your share, or you keep it from what you pay the hotel. Pay online from the booking and the payment is split for you.

Keep your PAN, GST certificate (if registered) and a cancelled cheque handy. It takes about ten minutes; we check your KYC and activate you, usually within one working day.
